WHAT IS A BODY CHASSIS UNIT

The body chassis unit will include an all aluminium monocoque tub, this tub will have all the necessary brackets to attach the  suspension, steering, brake parts.

The chassis unit will be fitted with hand laid fibreglass body panels made from glass chopped strand mat impregnated with polyester resin and will include:-

Cabin
Front Body panel,
Front radiator duct (removeable)
Sill panels
Rear panel, with wheel arches fitted
Doors with hinges and anti intrusion bars
Dashboard

Items required that will not be included with the Body Chassis unit are :-
Front and rear suspension components
Wheels and tyres
Brake components
Steering components
Motor and transmission
Radiator and fans
Fuel system
Exhaust system
Headlights, taillights and other lights

Parts required to finish the vehicle that are not available from automotive parts manufacturers will be available from KOPELKE KITCARS

PRICES

The price is $26,000 incl GST, a deposit of $2,000 is required with your order and a further deposit of $8,000 will be required when production of your body unit begins. The balance owing must be paid on completion and before delivery.  If for any reason the order is cancelled,  all deposit money paid will be returned after the body unit has been sold to another customer.

DELIVERY

Delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser, however every assistance will be given.

OVERSEAS PURCHASES

Because of the reluctance of overseas purchasers to pay a substantial deposit to a business that is difficult for them to check out, we require them to pay only $1000 AUD deposit and the balance when the unit has been completed and ready for shipment. However if the Body unit is not paid for within 5 days of the request for payment the order will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited,  the Body Unit offered to the next purchaser.
